He excels in developing public/private partnerships, championing public art programming, fundraising for cultural initiatives, and advancing diversity and community-focused arts experiences.

James Cornetet

Artist / Hip Hop Design Studio

James Cornetet is an artist and licensed architect with more than 15 years of public art experience. He has won multiple design competitions and received local, national, and international awards, including selection in 2012 as one of 13 architects “most likely to change the future of the built environment in Florida” by a jury featuring Stefan Horner of Herzog & de Meuron. In 2013 he received the AIA Fred H. Pryor Young Architects Forum Achievement Award.

Scott Nichols is a creative strategic communications, marketing, and branding professional with over 28 years of experience in experiential design, brand management, and project leadership. As Director of Strategic Partnerships & Innovation at Larimer & Co., he drives purpose-led partnerships that deliver commercial and cultural impact.

Stephanie Conforti is a Conservator of Paintings with over 25 years of expertise in the preservation, examination, and treatment of fine arts. Founder and Chief Conservator of Conforti Fine Art Conservation LLC since 2002, she provides senior-level leadership in collection stewardship, environmental standards, handling protocols, and long-term preservation strategies for museums, cultural institutions, corporate collections, and private collectors.

Flynn Dobbs

Public Art Advisor

Flynn Dobbs is a public art strategist, arts administrator, and certified Fine Art Appraiser with deep experience managing large-scale cultural projects in both public and private sectors. As Public Art Coordinator for the City of Orlando since 2024, she oversees public art initiatives and supports the Public Art Board, successfully delivering more than 30 projects in 2025 alone.
